In a certain tenement house, a resident of the top floor once again makes life difficult for his neighbors. Neighbors are forced to react to his behavior.

"Dear Mr. President!" - this is how Zosia Kaczynska titled her letter, asking Boleslaw Bierut - on behalf of herself and her three siblings - to release her mother from prison. This letter did not reach the addressee. Most of the requests for clemency, written by convicts and their relatives, already at the beginning of their journey to the head of state received a note in the prosecutor's office or court: leave without further course. Historian and archivist Janusz Kotanski and former political prisoner Janusz Horodniczy followed in the footsteps of documents found in the archives in search of those harmed by Stalin's repressive apparatus.

The documentary shows the opening of the Zdzisław Beksiński Gallery in Sanok—the world's largest exhibition of the artist's works, fulfilling his last will and testament.

‘Keczupowo’ is a fictional kind of fever dream re-imagination, based upon memories and connections of Natalia’s place of birth, ‘Włocławek’ Poland. She grew up in Belgium but has spent a lot of times visiting the city together with family. The film is a representation of her double-sided feeling every time she visits the place, which is nostalgic sentiment on the one hand, and alienation, eeriness or loneliness on the other. ‘Keczupowo’ is Polish for ‘Ketchuptown’.
