القصة الحقيقية لكيفية إنقاذ رجل الأعمال أوسكار شندلر أكثر من ألف يهودي من أرواح النازيين أثناء عملهم كعبيد في مصنعه خلال الحرب العالمية الثانية.

يدور العمل حول السيرة الذاتية لريتشارد مونتانيز، الذي كان له الفضل الأول في تقديم منتج تشيتوس، واستطاع غزو الأسواق في ظاهرة عالمية كبيرة كأشهر وجبة خفيفة عل الإطلاق.

في الجزء الثاني، تعود دمية الأطفال المرعبة (تشاكي)، والتي يمكن أن تكون أي شيء سوى أن تكون مجرد دمية مسالمة، تبدأ الأحداث بوضع الطفل (آندي باركلي) في حضانة أطفال بعيدة عن الأحداث المأسوية التي شهدها في الجزء الأول، في نفس الوقت الذي تبدأ فيه الشركة المصنعة للدمية (تشاكي) في حملة تحاول فيها إثبات براءتها، وعدم تسبب منتجاتها في الأحداث البشعة والقتل، ولكن مالم يكن مسئولو الشركة يعلمونه هو أن دمية (تشاكي) لا تزال تحاول الوصول للطفل (آندي)، والسيطرة على جسده، وأنها مستعدة للمزيد والمزيد من سفك الدماء حتى تحقق هدفها.

تدور احاث الفيلم حول (تريفور رزنيك) وهو ميكانيكي يعمل في مصنع, ويعاني تريفور من أرق مزمن اصابه منذ عام وبسبب ذلك اصبح نحيلاًَ جداًَ, الامر الذي ادى التي تدمير حياته من ناحية نفسية فيعيش حالة سيئة من جراء عدم تمكنه من النوم, يحاول تريفور ان يعرف ما الذي اوصله لهذه الحالة من البؤس والعذاب, فأصبح يظن ان هناك شخص ما يحاول تدمير حياته, على الرغم من انه يرى هذا الشخص إلا ان الجميع يقولون له بأنه ليس موجود. تتصاعد الاحداث وتسوء حالة تريفور ويتسبب من دون قصد في قطع ذراع أحد زملائه بالمصنع فأصبح مكروهاً ومنبوذاً من الجميع, وفي يوم من الايام تعلق ذراعه في ماكينة في المصنع ولكنه ينقذ ذراعه في اخر لحظة, ويتهم كل من في المصنع بأنهم متأمرون ضده فيتم طرده من العمل. وبمرور الوقت، يختلط الأمر على تريفور ويفقد القدرة على التفرقة بين الحقيقة والخيال مما يقوده إلى حافة الجنون.
