طفلة تنتقل إلى منزل جديد، تعاني فيه من انشغال والديها بالعمل على تأليف بعض الكتب، تحصل على دمية كهدية من طفل الجيران، ثم تتمكن من الانتقال لعالم موازي من العرائس يحققون ويلبون كل طلباتها، فقط مقابل أن تبقى معهم عليها أن تتخلى عن عينيها وتضع مكانيهما زرين، فماذا يحدث؟

تدور قصة الفيلم حول فتاة بسيطة في الثانوية تدعى هارو ، حيث صدف في يوم من الأيام أثناء ذهابها للمدرسة أن صادفت قطًا كان على وشك الدهس من قبل شاحنة. فأنقذته. واكتشفت بعد ذلك أن ذلك القط هو ابن ملك مملكة القطط. حيث تدعى (بل تجبر) لاحقا لتأتي المملكة لتقديمها خطيبة لولي عهد الملك بأمر الملك المتسلط بعد أغرقت حديقة بيتها بهدايا من مملكة القطط المتمثلة في النعناع البري ومضارب التنس (حيث كانت رياضتها المفضلة). وخلالها بدأت هارو بسماع صوت همس أنثوي في أذنها بأن تذهب لمكتب القط حيث يوجد بارون . الذي سيساعدها في الخلاص من ورطة الزواج القسري الذي قرره الملك رغمًا عن هارو.
انها مجرد حفنة من هوكوس بوكوس . بعد 300 عام من النوم ، تم إحياء ثلاث ساحرات شقيقات عن طريق الخطأ في سالم في ليلة الهالوين ، والأمر متروك لثلاثة أطفال وصديقهم القطط المكتشف حديثا لوضع حد لعهد الرعب للساحرات مرة واحدة وإلى الأبد.
