Do myší záchranářské organizace se dostane vzkaz v láhvi od malé Penny, která byla unesena z místního sirotčince. Organizace vysílá na misi odvážné myšky Bianku a Bernarda. Ty zjistí, že za únosem je Medúza, majitelka vetešnictví. Medúza míří do Čertí zátoky, kde Penny vězní ve vraku starého parníku. Každý den posílá dívenku do tmavé pirátské jeskyně, kde musí hledat bájný diamant pirátů. Myšky Penny najdou a společně s ní vymyslí plán útěku. Medúza ráno odvede Penny do jeskyně, aby znovu hledala diamant. Penny má s sebou obě myšky, kterým se podaří diamant najít. Když ho Penny předává Medúze, uvidí to její pomocník Čmuchal a začne se s ní o něj prát. V nestřežené chvíli myšky a Penny utíkají. Za chvíli mají ale v patách Medúzu...
