Wolverine se vrací. Jenže je na tom nyní trochu hůř. Jeho schopnost uzdravování pomalu vyprchává a elánem také zrovna nehýří. Navíc je na vše skoro sám. Z X-Menů přežívá ještě Charles Xavier známý také jako Profesor X, který je ale vážně nemocný, ztrácí paměť a trpí nebezpečnými záchvaty ohrožujícími jeho okolí. Společně se ukrývají v opuštěné továrně na americko-mexické hranici. Jejich utajení ale skončí, když se objeví Laura, dívka, která má překvapivě stejné schopnosti jako Wolverine a v patách má navíc nelítostné pronásledovatele, kteří se jí snaží zmocnit. Ve chvíli, kdy Wolverine a Profesor X přijmou Lauru „do rodiny“, stávají se z nich štvanci, kterým jde po krku velmi brutální a vytrvalý nepřítel. Hrdinové na útěku mají k dispozici jen zbytky sil starých X-menů a Lauřiny schopnosti, které však ona sama těžko zvládá. A tak přichází čas, aby Wolverine v sobě našel zbývající vůli a sílu nejen k boji, ale i k tomu, aby Lauře předal své zkušenosti.

Ultraman Mebius is a Japanese television series produced by Tsuburaya Productions and Chubu-Nippon Broadcasting. It is the 17th TV series and 40th anniversary production in the Ultra Series, which first began in 1966. It premiered on the Tokyo Broadcasting System on April 8, 2006. Unlike the two prior entries, Ultraman Nexus and Ultraman Max, Mebius was moved from Saturday mornings to Saturday evenings at 05:30. "Mebius" is the Japanese approximation of Möbius; the Möbius strip is a recurring motif in the series and the show going to air in Korea in April 2012. The series opens with the introduction of the rookie Ultraman Mebius, who is sent to Earth by the Father of Ultra. The series is set 40 years after the shows of Ultraman, and makes many references from Ultra Q through to Ultraman 80.

Zeroman is a Canadian animated television series that aired on the Canadian cartoon network Teletoon and on Télétoon. It tells the adventures of incompetent sixty-six-year-old postman Les Mutton who also happens to be the superhero known as Zeroman. As Zeroman, Les fights the crime that plagues Fair City in a similar fashion to Nielsen's Lieutenant Frank Drebin character in the Naked Gun series. Although a second season was once announced as in production, the death of Leslie Nielsen guaranteed that another season will not happen.
