Da Sue er trygt hjemme igen, beslutter parret at tage tilflugt på Dundees hjemmebane; den Australske bush. Narkobaronen begår nu sin anden og fatale fejl - at sætter efter kæresteparret.

Jacob bliver kidnappet af en indbildt skurk, og Ugle sender hele banden ud på en dramatisk jagt for at redde ham. Peter Plys er dog mere interesseret i at lede efter lidt honning.

Cecilia og Emma var bedste venner som børn, og intet skulle nogensinde komme imellem dem. Lige indtil Emmas nye ven Alex dukker op og gør Cecilia til sit nye mobbeoffer. To barndomsvenner, en frisør fra New York og en kommende musiker, bliver fanget af pøbelen og tvinges til at levere 50.000 dollars til Australien, men tingene går galt, da pengene går tabt til en vild kænguru.

Crocodile Dundee har sammen med sin kæreste Sue og deres søn forladt Walkabout Creek og Australien til fordel for Los Angeles. Her skal Sue lede en lokal afdeling af sin fars avis efter at forgængeren døde under mystiske omstændigheder.
