Deres færd fører dem fra New Jersey til Hollywood, hvor et opgør som involverer politiet, juveltyvene og Bluntman & Chronic-filmskaberne vil afgøre Suzannes, Jays og Silent Bobs skæbne og ry.

Undervejs løber de ind i Jay’s ekskæreste Justice, og Jay opdager, at han har en datter, han aldrig har kendt til – en, der tvinger dem til at tage hende og hendes venner med til Hollywood, så de kan medvirke som statister i den nye film.
