Hans planer om et stille liv med kone og børn bliver dog spoleret, da den onde Toecutter og hans bande myrder Max' familie. Så i stedet for pension bliver det tid til blodig hævn og vild jagt på motorcykel.

Den tidligere politimand Max driver omkring i ødemarken, hvor bander hærger og slår hinanden ihjel for en tankfuld benzin. Han ankommer til et fort, hvor en gruppe mennesker forskanser sig og prøver at bekæmpe netop en af de bander, der vil have fingre i deres store mængder benzin og bliver blandet ind i kampen.

En gruppe indbyggere må stå sammen efter en ødelæggende invasion af rumvæsner. De kæmper for overlevelse og er nødt til hele tiden at være et skridt foran angriberne.

Jorden er ikke et rart sted efter atomkrigen. Mest ørken og få byer. En af dem er Bartertown, hvor Entity og Master/Blaster kæmper om magten. Da iskolde Max kommer til byen, øjner de begge en chance få overtaget. Men Max bestemmer selv - det skal Bartertowns befolkning og bare lige forstå.

I 1939 arver den adelige englænder Sarah en ranch i Australien. Mere af nød end af lyst slår den porcelænsfine overklassekvinde sig sammen med den upolerede kvægdriver Drover. Hvis ranchen skal reddes fra en brutal kvægbaron, skal kvæget nemlig bringes til havnebyen Darwin, og snart begiver det umage par sig afsted for at drive de 2.000 kreaturer ud på den lange og barske tur gennem ødemarken.

Efter at være blevet truet af Kellys venner og familie, lægger konstabel Fitzpatrick skylden på Ned Kelly og overdriver, hvad der skete. Med den største pris nogensinde til rådighed satte Kelly og hans bande ud i naturen for at forblive skjult for alle, der søger dem. Selvom det betyder at få hans familie arresteret, forbliver medlemmerne af Kelly Gang skjult og planlægger en måde at få deres navne ryddet på.

Femårige Saroo bliver efterladt alene på toget - og havner tusindvis af kilometer hjemmefra i kaotiske Kolkata. Saroo kan ikke finde hjem, men ender på et børnehjem. Siden bliver han bortadopteret til et australsk par, hos hvem han finder tryghed og kærlighed. 25 år senere beslutter Saroo sig for at finde hjem til sin indiske familie. Det er lettere sagt end gjort, for han husker ikke meget - ikke engang, hvad hans landsby hed.

Den unge kampsportsentusiast Kham, der må begive sig ud på en farefuld færd, da hans to elskede elefanter bliver indfanget af et internationalt mafiasyndikat og smuglet til Sydney. Under sin mission finder han dog allierede i sin kamp i form af en thailandsk politibetjent og en ung thailandsk slavepige, men Khams mange modstandere er sværere at få bugt med end som så. Kham sætter efter skurkene med bagagen fuld af cirkelspark og knogleknusertricks.

Nødtvungent slår han pjalterne sammen med den naive, hårdt sårede Rey, der er blevet efterladt af resten af banden.

Vi har alle sammen prøvet det! Man er ude at handle, og pludselig er supermarkedet fyldt med vand og kæmpehajer! Det er præcist, hvad der sker for en håndfuld indbyggere i en lille ferieby. Da en tsunami rammer byen er de pludselig fanget i et oversvømmet supermarket! Men ikke nok med det, vandet har bragt nogle meget sulte kæmpehajer med sig og snart begynder den lille gruppe handlende at blive spist en efter en. De overlevende må nu arbejde sammen for at komme hjem med alle deres varer og i et stykke.

The Flying Doctors is an Australian drama series produced by Crawford Productions that revolved around the everyday lifesaving efforts of the real Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia. It was initially a 1985 mini-series based in the fictional outback town of Cooper's Crossing starring Andrew McFarlane as the newly arrived Dr. Tom Callaghan. The success of the mini series led to its return the following year as an on-going series with McFarlane being joined by a new doctor, Chris Randall, played by Liz Burch. McFarlane left during the first season and actor Robert Grubb came in as new doctor Geoff Standish. The series' episodes were mostly self-contained but also featured ongoing storylines, such as Dr. Standish's romance with Sister Kate Wellings. Other major characters included pilot Sam Patterson, mechanic Emma Plimpton, local policeman Sgt. Jack Carruthers and Vic and Nancy Buckley, who ran the local pub/hotel, The Majestic. Andrew McFarlane also later returned to the series, resuming his role as Dr. Callaghan. The popular series ran for nine seasons and was successfully screened internationally.

Carson's Law is an Australian television series made by Crawford Productions for the Ten Network between 1983-1984. The series was a period piece set in the 1920s and starred Lorraine Bayly as progressive solicitor Jennifer Carson. The episodes revolved around the cases taken on by Jennifer, and the various personal intrigues of her family. The series' premiere was billed as a 90-minute "movie-length" episode on 24 January 1983, with another two-hour episode in the same timeslot the following night, before settling into its twice-weekly 60-minute (with ads) format the following week. Carson's Law was noted for its quality scripts and period production values, however although the programme was very popular in Melbourne where the series was based and filmed, it did not succeed in Sydney. It was cancelled in 1984 after 184 episodes with the final episode airing on ATV-10 on 1 December 1984.

The third and final season consisting of 22 episodes screened from 30 May 2011. The Nine Network has confirmed it will not be renewing Rescue Special Ops for a fourth season.
