Δυο μέρες πριν παντρευτεί ο Doug πηγαίνει στο Λας Βέγκας μαζί με τρεις φίλους του για ένα ξέφρενο εργένικο πάρτι. Την επόμενη μέρα όμως, οι τρεις φίλοι ξυπνούν και κανείς τους δεν θυμάται τίποτα. Το μόνο που ξέρουν είναι ότι για κάποιο λόγο, μια τίγρης βρίσκεται στο μπάνιο τους, ένα μωρό 6 μηνών βρίσκεται στην ντουλάπα της σουίτας που διαμένουν, και το σημαντικότερο... ο Doug ειναι άφαντος! Οι τρεις φίλοι, έχοντας λίγο χρόνο στη διάθεσή τους, θα πρέπει να μαζέψουν ότι στοιχείο έχουν στα χέρια τους για να θυμηθούν τι έγινε το προηγούμενο βράδυ, ώστε να βρούν τον Doug και να επιστρέψουν για τον γάμο.
