Ο Νουμερομπίς κατεβάζει μια ιδέα, να καλέσει τους Γαλάτες, οι οποίοι με το μαγικό τους φίλτρο θα τον βοηθήσουν. Ο Αστερίξ, o Οβελίξ και o Πανοραμίξ θα βρεθούν σύντομα στην Αλεξάνδρεια, την πόλη που τους υπόσχεται πολλές περιπέτειες με τους Ρωμαίους.
