Kõik meie tuttavad emotsioonid - Rõõm, Kurbus, Hirm, Viha ja Vastikus - on tagasi, aga kuna Raili on saanud juba 13-aastaseks ja astunud seega haprasse murdeikka, saabub ühel päeval "peakorterisse" täiesti uus emotsioon - Ärevus. Ja nagu sellest veel vähe oleks - tal on kaasas ka tema lahutamatud sõbrad Kadedus, Piinlikkus ja Tülpimus.
