The film tells the story of a gangster who has been involved in crime since the age of five and whose life changes through love. Ömer has been in and out of prison since he was a child for crimes such as robbery, theft, extortion, assault, and murder. Known to everyone as Kasımpaşalı İt Ömer, this gangster falls in love with Naciye. Upon his release from prison, he learns that Naciye is being forced to marry someone else.
