Four very different people live in the same building but avoid each other because of differences in how they live their lives, what they believe in, and where they come from. They would probably never exchange a word, but misfortune pushes them towards each other. Their lives entangle in ways that profoundly challenge deep-held beliefs and prejudices surrounding material status, sexual orientation, nationality and religion. Slowly, and even painfully, they begin to open up to each other and recognize the essential humanity each of them possesses.

"Retro Boom" is a documentary film shot in the period from 2013 to 2019, before COVID-19 pandemic. Filming takes place in the clubs: Vintage industrial Bar, Route 66, Pepermint, KSET, Johann Franck (all in Zagreb) and festivals in Medulin (Tear it up) , Zagreb (Zagreb Vintage Festival), Sveti Martin na Muri (Trash'n'burn). It is a film that brings a cross-section of an interesting retro scene that has existed in Croatia for years. In the last ten years, the vintage (retro) scene has expanded greatly among the young and among the middle generation, it can almost be said that it has become fashionable, but by no means mainstream. The film follows original rockabilly and rock'n'roll bands, fashion, clothes, pin-up girls, barbers, old furniture, old items, motorbikes and a lot more – all of it gathered through interviews and events of the past years.

These pressures come to a head when his father is taken to prison as a political suspect.

Those efforts fail, but Melita's dreams seems to come true with Antonio Mulero, "Slave of Love" star who arrived to Zagreb to shoot a feature film.

The company of uncles is made by Mac, who is the voice of reason in this story.

The series is centered on a blue humanoid creature whose head and feet are of the same shape, making the interchangeable. Croatian Radiotelevision produced a total of 39 episodes, and the show was also broadcast abroad in countries like Hong Kong, Israel, France, Germany, Sweden, Italy, Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The show is animated using the traditional 2D hand-drawn technique, and each episode is roughly 3 minutes long.

The main goal of the game was to win 1 million Croatian kunas by answering 15 multiple-choice questions correctly. There were 3 "lifelines", which are ways for a player to get help during the game. These were fifty fifty, phone a friend and ask the audience. The game show was broadcast from 2002 to 2008 and from September 2009 to June 2010. It was shown on the Croatian TV station HRT1. When a contestant got the fifth question correct, he left with at least 1,000 kuna. When a contestant got the tenth question correct, he left with at least 32,000 kuna.
