Leo is an Italian who lives in Slovenia. Vučko is a Bosnian who arrived to Slovenia as a child refugee. Leo continues to stay in Slovenia because of his ex-wife Tanja and his son Luka, hoping that they can become a family again. When the bank refuses to grant a loan Leo and Vučko would need to renovate their restaurant, they have no choice but to accept an offer from Gianni, a swindler. They are tasked with stealing Gianni’s truck so that he can collect the insurance money. However, instead of stealing Gianni’s truck, Leo and Vučko mistakenly steal a truck full of refugees. Vučko the refugee and Leo the migrant themselves thus inadvertently become responsible for destinies of people similarly unfortunate as they had once been. In order to solve their financial problems, they decide to sell the refugees. At first it seems that they are not indifferent towards these people, but with each passing day there is less and less humanity left in Leo and Vučko.

Piran - Pirano tells a story about three individuals and how their destinies are unusually intertwined. An Italian Antonio, a Bosnian Veljko and a Slovenia girl Anica face the terror of war as children and each of them become war's victim in their own way. Half a century later their paths cross again and last days of war, fear, despair, love and inexplicable emotions live up again - this time because Antonio returns to Piran to see his place of birth once again before he dies.

Doctor Janez, a somewhat elderly lawyer, tired of urban life, pays a few week's visit to his relative Presecnik, a well-off farmer living in highland village. Farm life holds a great attraction for him, particularly because a deep and secret love develops between himself and Presecnik's daughter Meta. After a few serene and cheerful days spent on the farm, filled with pleasant labor and walks together with Meta in the unspoilt surroundings, he has to return to Ljubljana to resume his office work. But he cannot forget Meta and he makes his mind to buy a property not far from the Presecnik home and and to become a farmer. Slovenian commercial TV channel POP TV had begun the new format of reality shows in Slovenia. With spring 2010, first show of this reality show format has bean shown on channel. For two seasons Slovenija ima talent, has been shown. Now, after two successful seasons, and due to huge viewership, POP TV has aired a new version of singing competition reality show - called X Factor. Anyone who is at least 14 years old could join alone, or in a group. The main reason for airing the show, is to find a new star for the Slovenian music scene. After two seasons of Slovenia`s Got Talent, only one candidate is really known to the larger Slovenian audience; 20 year old singer Maja Keuc, who is also called the "Slovenian Christina Aguilera", who was second in the first season of Slovenia ima Talent, is known from the two seasons of the show. She is also known for representing her country in the Eurovision Song Contest 2011, with the song "No one", and came 13th in the Final, after winning the National Selection for Eurovision Song Contest called EMA.

40 Green Elephants is a Slovenian animation children's television series about 40 green elephants. Cartoon was created by Slovenian screenwriter Franček Rudolf. Original run and production company was at the same time produced by RTV Ljubljana.
