The film Lucid Reminiscence was made for the Thai Film Archive and explored the good old days of the movie theatre through interviews with three people – critics Kittisak Suwanabhokin and Manotham Theamtheabrat and movie director Somkiet Vithuranich. Their faces are not shown during the film. Indeed the only visual stimulation is two abandoned standalone cinemas mostly used to store the paraphernalia of street vendors and children’s playgrounds.

As well as to find a way to help these workers, because they thought that doll tried to communicate with them all along, and they will succeed or not, the secret of this release or not. That is something not to be missed.

Akachai, a young doctor who lives happily with his wife and daughter. Then one day, everything began to change. Because he tried to forget about the past and left it. It was haunted by the vengeful and vindictive spirit. He didn’t know the cause but he realized that he could stop the bad stories and help children and his wife out of the malice this time.

"Blinded by the Light" is a two-channel video installation commissioned by Thai Film Archive in celebration of 124th anniversary of the birth of Thai cinema. The film aims to interrogate double- sided effects of how cinema itself has changed and developed through time, and how it affected both workers in film productions and its audiences along its journey.

The film is a series of interviews with 4 living figures talking about their works involving Nang Yai, the traditional Thai Shadow Play, an artform which is dying.

“The Return” is an attempt by the artist to recall his lost memories of his father who died in the car accident in 1991 when the artist was almost five years old. Personal family photographs from his father’s funeral are overlaid with the imagined voice by the artist himself, fictionalising that his dead father is coming back to life—a strange and moving feedback loop between father and son, between photographic documentation and deteriorating memories, between personal history and its own otherness.

While renovating the family business, Fon talks on the phone with a friend. They share memories and discuss the future. Fon’s dead father appears in her mother’s dreams. Outside it never ceases to rain. Engaging portrait of a young woman during a tough phase of her life.

‘Ning’ took ‘Keng’, her 10-year-old child, to visit his Papa in the Annual Family Visiting Day of the prison.

"Though the Mountains Divide, and the Oceans are Wide" is a short video essay on the interrelation between childhood encounters and current realities through a personal story of the artist - Belle Phromchanya - who has moved from Thailand to the Netherlands in her adulthood. The video compiles home video footage of family trips during the 1990s taken by her father, along with video materials of a senior Thai artist living in Amsterdam taken by Phromchanya herself. The senior artist, who is around the same age as her father, has been a subject of Phromchanya's work until his sudden passing in 2020. By layering these early years' memories with the struggles of dealing with the uncertainty of daily life, the video shares attempts of capturing the temporarily of the moment - and both beauty and unsettling experience of being elsewhere.
