Reactivated music band "The Transistors" sets off for a tour organized by their new manager, debt collector Czeslaw Skandal. Their bus is driven by a friend, Stan Gudeyko, - once a leader of the legendary punk-rock formation "Yperite". On their tour, musicians will encounter many hardships and disappointments, which will put their friendship and patience to the test. They will soon discover that Skandal is cast from a different mold - knows shit about music and has a completely different hobby. Furthermore, the declining music industry is not a place strewn with roses - the cards are dealt here by a mysterious sect of "Showbizians"…

The movie consists of three novellas, the events of which take place during World War II. The first, "White Daisies", tells how a Polish priest saves a Jewish boy who survived a mass shooting. Another movie story, "Desolation," is about a ghetto boy in love who must, by all means, bring wildflowers to his beloved. The third novel, "The Cuckoo's Prediction," is about a prisoner who escapes from a POW camp. He escapes after his bunkmate tells him that he heard him speaking Yiddish in his sleep.

On their way to an afternoon on the lake, husband and wife Andrzej and Krystyna nearly run over a young hitchhiker. Inviting the young man onto the boat with them, Andrzej begins to subtly torment him; the hitchhiker responds by making overtures toward Krystyna. When the hitchhiker is accidentally knocked overboard, the husband's panic results in unexpected consequences.

Rumsza, the elderly railwayman, leading a sedate life with his wife, misses his only remaining son (two older boys were killed in the war). Joziuk finally returns from the military in the first scene but with the pregnant Zosia, while Rumsza expected him to marry Celinka, the daughter of Krywka, his only friend and neighbour. The hero will not accept the new situation; he throws his son and Zosia out of his house. Celinka is distressed but she still harbours hope for Joziuk. The birth of the child changes the situation: Rumsza accepts his son's relationship but Celinka decides to leave.

In Waldek's life, filled mainly with computer games, there is a real earthquake. During her absence, mum stays under the care of a crazy and unpredictable aunt, who introduces discipline that has been alien to him so far and imposes new duties. But although an extraordinary relative gives Waldek a real survival camp, the boy also receives the most valuable life lesson from her.

These days, they started to die by millions. A programme of wild tree beekeeping reintroduction was launched in Polish forests. It has been an ancient local tradition. Maybe reaching for the past, the original model of coexistence of bees and people, for wild tree beekeeping, can help us to save the bees? After watching “Honey Hunters” everyone wants to have their own beehive and harvest their own honey!
