Kun Rango sattuu päätymään karuun ja väkivaltaiseen kaupunkiin nimeltä Dirt - autiomaan kieroimpia ja kummallisimpia otuksia täynnä olevaan lainsuojattomien tyyssijaan - vähän vähemmän rohkea lisko huomaakin erottuvansa joukosta.
