Le disparate tandem aura la mission de démanteler un réseau de vols de voitures, derrière lequel se cache une opération de très, très grande envergure. Au fil de leurs aventures, Bouchard et Ward découvriront que les ennemis ne sont pas toujours ceux que l'on croit. Ils réaliseront aussi que les années passent et que certaines choses changent mais d'autres pas du tout.
