Plusieurs incidents inexplicables se produisent un peu partout et des enfants élus du monde entier perdent connaissance. Menoa et son assistant Imura - deux universitaires dont le domaine de recherche sont les Digimon – sollicitent Taichi et ses amis pour tenter d’élucider ces mystérieux phénomènes. Ils leur expliquent qu’Eosmon, un Digimon inconnu, serait à l’origine de tous ces incidents. Ensemble, ils décident d’unir leur force pour l’affronter dans une terrible bataille. Mais l’issue du combat révèle une vérité bien difficile à admettre : lorsqu’un enfant élu devient adulte, son partenaire Digimon disparaît… La menace continue de se propager et touche bientôt les amis proches de Taichi. Ce dernier va alors se retrouver confronté au pire des dilemmes : choisir entre ses amis et son Digimon. Doit-il sauver ses amis, au risque de perdre son partenaire Digimon, son compagnon le plus cher ?

Diaboromon fait un retour sur le Net, et les Digi-sauveurs sont appelés à agir, ignorant que Diaboromon a encore quelques tours dans sa manche depuis leur dernière rencontre.

Takato et Guilmon partent en vacances à Okinawa et rencontrent un tamer, Minami. De retour au Japon, un animal de compagnie informatique populaire devient tout à coup un virus, infectant tous les ordinateurs qui l'ont. Comme le virus se propage, Takato essaie de comprendre pourquoi les digimons attaques tous son nouvel ami, et quelle est sa relation avec le virus.

Un an après les événements de la première saison, un Digimon virus appelé Diaboromon apparaît et commence à attaquer Internet. Les enfants et leurs Digimon s'unissent à nouveau pour l'empêcher de détruire tous les réseaux de communication de la planète.

L'histoire se passe aux États-Unis. Wallace est un Digisauveur qui vit aux USA, mais contrairement aux autres enfants, il possède deux Digimons. Malheureusement, l'un d'entre eux a été contaminé par un virus, le rendant peu à peu maléfique. Quelques années plus tard, Hikari et Takeru sont en voyage à New York quand Hikari ressent une étrange présence. Les adolescents tombent nez à nez avec le Digimon maléfique, puis sur Wallace qui semble être le seul capable de l'arrêter. Les Digisauveurs japonais vont alors se rassembler pour l'aider.

Meicoomon se déchaîne après avoir vu Meiko Mochizuki se faire blesser par l'homme ressemblant à Gennai. « Il aurait mieux valu que tu ne naisses pas… » Meicoomon disparaît dans le monde réel, qui s'est depuis déformé. Possédant un pouvoir écrasant, il est la clé de la destruction du monde.

En 2012, après les événements de Digimon Adventure : Last Evolution Kizuna, les jeunes adultes DigiDestined — Daisuke, Miyako, Iori, Takeru Takashi, Hikari et Ken — doivent concilier leurs nouvelles responsabilités avec leurs partenaires Digimon. Mais Rui Owada, un jeune homme mystérieux, apparaît, prétendant être le premier humain à s’associer avec un Digimon-Ukkomon. Rui aurait-il vraiment pu être le premier DigiDestined ?

En arrivant dans le monde numérique après le « reboot », les DigiDestinés sont poursuivis par un nouveau méchant. Pendant ce temps, Sora est troublée par l'indifférence de son partenaire Digimon à son égard.

Le monde a commencé à s'effondrer. Le déchaîné Meicoomon absorbe Tailmon, qui a subi une sombre évolution, et se transforme en l'immensément puissant Ordinemon. Conformément aux prévisions d'Yggdrasil, le monde réel est sur le point d'être englouti par le monde numérique. Pendant ce temps, l'homéostasie considère qu'Ordinemon est hors de contrôle et met en place son plan final qui englobera le monde réel. Le temps est venu pour les DigiDestinés de prendre une décision finale. Quel avenir choisiront-ils pour eux-mêmes ?

Les DigiDestinés se rendent dans un parc à thème de sources chaudes voisin et tout le monde s'amuse, mais Joe ne vient pas car il veut étudier pour ses examens. Un autre Digimon infecté, Ogremon, attaque Odaiba. Gomamon s'enfuit de chez lui tandis que Mimi rencontre des problèmes avec les autres DigiDestinés et ses camarades de classe à cause de ses idées égoïstes.

Après avoir vu la transformation abrupte de Meicoomon et le meurtre de Leomon, Agumon et les autres Digimon sont maintenus isolés dans le bureau de Koushiro afin de les empêcher d'être infectés, mais des signes d'infection commencent à apparaître chez Patamon.

On retrouve nos héros en vacances à la mer. Les garçons ne comptent pas profiter de la plage mais plutôt de leur toupie dans un tournoi qui se déroule pas loin. Tout se passe bien jusqu'à ce qu'arrive un inconnu avec une toupie rasant tout sur son passage. On apprends qu'il s'appelle Helios et qu'avec sa toupie Sol Blaze, il compte détruire Pegasus. Ginga et ses amis pourront-ils l'en empêcher et comprendre le fond de cette histoire ?

Digimon Fusion, known in Japan as Digimon Xros Wars and in Malaysia as Digimon Fusion Battles, is the sixth anime children television series in the Digimon franchise by Akiyoshi Hongō, produced by Toei Animation. Little Battlers eXperience, originally known as Danball Senki is a series of action role-playing video games created by Level-5, involving small plastic model robots known as LBXs that fight on dioramas made out of cardboard, with the main character setting out to battle against LBXs created by other characters. The first game of the series is released on June 16, 2011 for the PlayStation Portable and has expanded to 6 official games and three Japanese anime series.

The show focuses on high schools that hold yo-yo contests. The schools organize teams and participate in competitions to win against other schools. Each team has their own issues that they solve, and each yo-yo has a name that reflects the toy's design. The show makes use of minor special effects in order to portray the "magic" and the speed of the yo-yo. These magic spells are 'battling' and the person whose magic remains wins. Some of the yo-yo tricks are common, like the Forward Pass, Loop-the-Loop, Three-Leaf-Clover, Trapeze, Double or Nothing, Gravity Pull, etc. The show also has some tricks of its own created by the producers (most of the tricks are for professionals) like the White Buddha, Buddha's Revenge and the Cold Fusion (hardest trick of Season One).
