Kako se odbrojavanje do globalne apokalipse približava, obitelj Johna Garrityja se bori za opstanak. Zajedno sa svojim sinom Nathanom moraju krenuti na opasno putovanje kako bi se domogli jedine nade za spas, utočišta na Greenlandu.
