The story of a young ex-con working with handicapped children and the changes that gradually occur in him.

In a lonely little house, tucked between an endless forest and a mighty ocean cliff, lives a woodcutter with his little son. Their life goes on as in a fairy tale - after work, the father prepares wooden toys, they walk and play together. The son infinitely loves his father, is fascinated by his strength and care. One day, during a trip to the forest together, the woodcutter cuts down an unusual tree. This event completely changes the father - and turns their world upside down.

Film about two old women working many years in the loading, unloading and transporting of bricks.

A grotesque picture of reality, dominated by disorder and irresponsibility. A convoy of workers transporting a transformer to the other end of Poland sets off on its journey. The entire operation has been poorly prepared. The transformer does not fit under one of the viaducts. The workers begin digging up the road surface. When, after a few hours, they overcome the obstacle, they are astonished to discover that a similar transformer is working on the other side of the viaduct.

Three brothers - gymnastics champions doing their practice. While one of them is performing, the others two spot him to prevent a fall. A subtlety, vitality, tone and perspective of sound contribute an additional dimension to the film.

A haunting theatrical memory play in which actors and their mannequin doubles reenact five episodes, from a wedding to a last supper, set in the claustrophobic room of the director’s own childhood village of Wielopole. Through repeated motifs, mirrored characters, and a living stage that Kantor continually “resets,” the piece collapses past and present, life and death, into a surreal reconstruction of personal and collective history.
