This documentary follows the heart-wrenching journey of a father who has been separated from his daughter, Ajlin, after the sudden death of his wife. The family of his wife took Ajlin to Novi Pazar, Serbia, and he never saw her again in her baby bed in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Despite his efforts to fight for his rights, the other side of the family initiated a trial process against him, claiming he was not fit to care for a child. The father made countless trips to Novi Pazar, hoping to reunite with his daughter, but to no avail. In a particularly distressing incident, Ajlin was schooled to fear her father, who was painted as a monster who would harm her. The documentary highlights the father’s resilience and determination to be reunited with his daughter, while also shedding light on the legal and cultural challenges that stand in his way.
Hamdija Šahinpašić (1914-2003) was one of those rare individuals able to memorize songs in their authentic traditional form. Šahinpašić belonged to a family known for its songs. In the early 1950's, Miodrag A. Vasiljević recorded Šahinpašić singing dozen of songs at the Serbian Academy of Arts and Sciences in Belgrade. A 1967 publication finally included 300 of his songs, published bilingually in Bosnian and Russian. Šahinpašić himself become the focus of attention of numerous ethnomusicologists and folklorists and his repertoire was preserved on recording of good quality.

Nana, a 80-year-old lady, needs a surgery. She and her husband, Dedo, had to leave their home in the small village of Hrsa and move temporarilly to Sarajevo in order to wait for the operation.
Lonely self-conscious girl spends her days drinking wine on the roof and waiting for her boyfriend to come home. She can sense that something is wrong - he suddenly got cold. Lack of sex and his friendship with another woman worsens her body image. We watch what happens to them that "one more day" that they stay together.
This time, the favorite hero Chedo gets a new, not easy task. The director assigns him to host a famous director and organizes the recording of a dramatic play with amateur actors. Cheda's mission is clear - to find actors and prepare an audition. But, as always, nothing goes smoothly. Chedo goes around the village, offers work to neighbors and even his own wife. He encounters numerous rejections, disbelief and comical situations, but, with a lot of trouble and even more wit, he manages to gather a team of "talented" actors. The situation is further complicated by the appearance of new, suspicious characters in the village, who are also wanted by the police.

Following Bosnia and Herzegovina’s declaration of independence in April 1992, Bosnian Serb troops besieged and bombed Sarajevo. Over a period of four years, five young filmmakers documented the bombardments and daily life during the siege—for some, the aim was simply to report the news; for others, it was a way of dealing with their fears.
