Continua la lotta serrata dell'umanità, rappresentata dai membri dell'Agenzia Speciale Nerv, alle misteriose creature chiamate "Angeli". A occuparsi del risveglio del Terzo Angelo è Mari, pilota assegnato all'unità provvisoria Evangelion 05. Asuka, invece, s'impegna a eliminare il Settimo Angelo a bordo del suo Eva-02. Dopo avere sconfitto l'Ottavo Angelo, il Nono Angelo è un nemico più infido, capace di insinuarsi nella nuovissima unità Evangelion 03 e impossessarsi del pilota assegnato al collaudo, ossia Asuka. Ha inizio il Third Impact.

Il film è suddiviso in due parti. La prima parte, Death, ed anche la più lunga, è un lungo montaggio di spezzoni della serie originale, atto a riassumerne i contenuti principali. Death termina la narrazione all'episodio 24, ovvero con la morte dell'ultimo angelo, Kaworu Nagisa, poiché gli episodi 25 e 26 verranno sostituiti dal film "Neon Genesis Evangelion: The end of Evangelion". Alla fine di Death vi sono anche la sigla di coda e un intervallo di cinque minuti prima dell'inizio della seconda parte Rebirth, la quale è più corta ma anche più interessante, poiché è da essa che Evangelion si avvia alla conclusione vera e propria. Rebirth è l'inizio del film "Neon Genesis Evangelion: The end of Evangelion" e sviluppa gli avvenimenti immediatamente successivi alla morte dell'ultimo angelo.

Dalla scomparsa dell'uomo ritenuto l'imperatore più malvagio della Britannia, il mondo ha goduto di una pace senza precedenti sotto la guida della Federazione delle Nazioni Unite. Tuttavia, questa fragile calma viene infranta quando militanti armati rapiscono l'ex principessa Nunnally vi Britannia e Suzaku Kururugi, il consigliere capo dei Cavalieri Neri, scatenando una crisi internazionale. Universal Century 0068. Mentre pronuncia il discorso di indipendenza della Repubblica autonoma di Munzo dalla Federazione terrestre, il leader Zeon Zum Deikun viene colto da un malore improvviso che lo porta alla morte. Questo scatena una serie di rivolte nella colonia contro la Federazione, mentre Jimba Ral addita la famiglia Zabi di cospirazione. Nonostante i suoi sforzi, gli Zabi raccolgono consensi e il capofamiglia e consigliere di Deikun, Degwin Sodo Zabi, prende il potere. Per tenere sotto controllo la famiglia di Deikun, Degwin ordina che la compagna, Astraia, e i due figli, Casval e Artesia, vengano confinati in una torre; ma Ramba Ral e Crowley Hamon riescono a far imbarcare i bambini, insieme a Jimba Ral, su una nave cargo e a spedirli sulla Terra, in modo da metterli al sicuro dal regime degli Zabi.

I leggendari Power Ranger devono fermare il diabolico pirata dello spazio Divatox. Costui vorrebbe liberare il potente Maligore dalla sua prigione posta sull'isola di Muranthias. Le intenzioni di Malingore non sono pacifiche. Le speranze di vittoria sono in mano ai cinque Power Ranger.

Secolo Universale 0079. L'umanità ha trasformato anche lo spazio stesso in un campo di battaglia, e le forze del Principato di Zeon avanzano dopo aver spazzato via metà della popolazione mondiale effettuando l'Operazione British (colony drop). In risposta, le Forze della Federazione Terrestre mobilitano la loro schiacciante forza di combattimento per riconquistare il vantaggio. I complessi intrighi della famiglia Zabi... Sayla Mass, mentre lotta con i capricci del destino... Hamon e Ramba Ral, che ora è un pilota nelle forze di Zeon... Amuro e Fraw, che conducono una vita pacifica a Side 7... un'ombra oscura cade su tutti loro. E l'asso di Zeon Char Aznable, spinto dalla vendetta, entra in azione quando finalmente inizia la "Battaglia di Loum".

Anno U.C. 0068, Side 3, Repubblica Autonoma di Munzo. Zeon Zum Deikun, sulla base della sua teoria sull’evoluzione conquistata dai colonizzatori dello spazio, sta per proclamare la totale indipendenza dal Governo della Federazione Terrestre quando, durante il suo discorso all’Assemblea Legislativa, si accascia sul palco: per lui non c’è nulla da fare. Dopo la morte di Deikun, Jimba Ral, che faceva parte del suo entourage, accusa la famiglia Zabi di complotto. Ma questo non impedisce l’accelerata degli intrighi della famiglia Zabi, guidata dal patriarca Degwin, più che determinato ad impadronirsi del potere politico assoluto.

Sono passati tre anni da quando Casval, Artesia e Jimba sono fuggiti sulla Terra e hanno trovato ospitalità nel castello di Don Teabolo Mass in Andalusia; Teabolo adotta i bambini chiamandoli Edward e Sayla. Dopo che un gruppo di sicari assoldati da Kycilia Zabi ferisce Teabolo e uccide Jimba, la compagnia Yashima si offre di trasferire Teabolo e i ragazzi nella Texas Colony di Loum. Qui essi fanno la conoscenza di Char Aznable, un ragazzo coetaneo e fortemente somigliante a Edward, ma devono anche apprendere la triste notizia della morte della madre Astraia. Nel frattempo Dozle Zabi mette al corrente Ramba Ral di un progetto segreto per la creazione di robot da combattimento a Munzo, ora rinominata Zeon. Mentre Char si appresta a studiare all'accademia militare di Zeon, Edward si congeda da Sayla affermando di volersi iscrivere all'accademia militare di Loum.

Nell'anno 0218 UC la Federazione Terrestre collassa dopo il fallimento nel riprendere il controllo delle colonie spaziali ribelli. Si instaura così un nuovo ordine, in cui le colonie si proclamano insediamenti originari indipendenti, dividendosi in due schieramenti contrapposti per il controllo delle scarse risorse alimentari: da un lato il CONSENT (Congress of Settlement Nations), che eredita gran parte dell'architettura istituzionale della vecchia Federazione, e dall'altro la Settlement Freedom League. Al centro della contesa c'è l'insediamento neutrale di Side 8, Gaia, in possesso di una rivoluzionaria tecnologia agricola in grado di risolvere i gravi problemi di sostentamento alimentare della Terra e del Congresso. Nell'anno 0223 il conflitto, quindi, esplode con l'attacco del CONSENT per la conquista di Gaia, ma in gioco entra anche una misteriosa società segreta, gli Illuminati, il cui scopo è quello di preservare il delicato equilibrio del nuovo ordine.

In un futuro lontano il pianeta Saul 1 è al collasso a causa dell'inquinamento da radiazioni: gli abitanti sono costretti da tempo immemore a vivere nel sottosuolo ma anche quel rifugio comincia a divenire precario. Un gruppo di scienziati, guidati dal Prof. Reigan, è vicino alla soluzione che permetterebbe il ritorno alla superficie, ma incontra l'ostilità della fazione militare secondo la quale l'unica soluzione sarebbe quella di abbandonare il pianeta e di colonizzarne uno nuovo con qualsiasi mezzo, guerra compresa.

Cinquant'anni dopo un olocausto nucleare, la guerra aperta è vietata dalle nazioni sopravvissute, che si sono fuse in due opposte fazioni: il Mercato e la Confederazione ispirato alla Russia. In un incontro il combattente della Confederazione Alexander sconfigge e uccide Hercules del Mercato; a quel punto diventa chiaro che la Confederazione sta ricevendo informazioni sulle nuove armi e disegni da delle spie all'interno del Mercato, con conseguente perdita di incontri critici e la morte di molti dei migliori piloti. Il pilota del Mercato Achille, sostenuto dal progettista di robot Doc Matsumoto e dallo stratega Tex Conway, unico pilota a vincere tutti e dieci le sue lotte contrattuali, si prepara per il suo decimo e ultimo combattimento contro Alexander.

Dopo una devastante guerra contro Muge, un:entità che aveva tentato di impadronirsi degli universi, la pace sembra finalmente tornata sulla Terra. Ma l:esercito ha sfruttato la minaccia aliena per espandere la propria influenza, e ora la società civile subisce un soffocante controllo regolato da un severissimo mega-computer. Mazinger Z, known briefly as Tranzor Z in the United States, is a Japanese super robot manga series written and illustrated by Go Nagai. The first manga version was serialized in Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump from October 1972 to August 1973, and it later continued in Kodansha TV Magazine from October 1973 to September 1974. It was adapted into an anime television series which aired on Fuji TV from December 1972 to September 1974. A second manga series was released alongside the TV show, this one drawn by Gosaku Ota, which started and ended almost at the same time of the TV show. Mazinger Z has spawned several sequels and spinoff series, among them UFO Robot Grendizer and Mazinkaiser. It was a very popular cartoon in Mexico during the 1980s, where it was dubbed into Spanish directly from the Japanese version, keeping the Japanese character names and broadcasting all 92 episodes, unlike the version aired in the U.S.

A human space colony fleet is trying to find a habitable planet near the center of the Milky Way Galaxy. The story focuses on three young adults and the events that occur around them as the fleet faces a crisis of alien origin.

Developed from Japanium ore is the super energy, Photon Power. Seeking this energy is Dr. Hell, a madman craving world domination who along with his subordinates Baron Ashura and Count Brocken, commands the Machine Beasts excavated from Bardos Island (believed to be Rhodes) to attack the Photon Power Lab and take it for himself. Meeting the attack head on is our hero, the hot-blooded teenager Kouji Kabuto who pilots the super robot Mazinger Z, constructed by his grandfather Juzo and made from the strongest metal Chogokin Z. But in this battle between Dr. Hell and the Kabuto family, many legends surrounding the Mycenaean Civilization and Bardos Island, as well as the secrets of Mazinger Z remain shrouded in mystery.

Hayato Hayasugi (his last name is a pun on the words for "too fast") and other children will serve as conductors to pilot the Shinkalion. The Shinkalion robots are various models of real-life Japanese bullet trains (shinkansen) that transform into robots to fight an unknown evil to protect the safety and peace of Japan. The children must work together with the adults of the Shinkansen Ultra Evolution Institute (SUEI) to defeat a monster that looks like a jet black bullet train.

The story revolves around Shu Ouma, a high school boy who inadvertently obtains an ability called "The Power of the Kings" that enables him to draw out items called "Voids" from other people. He is then thrown into the conflict between a resistance group called Funeral Parlor which aims to restore Japan's independence from a quasi-governmental organization known as the GHQ. In the process, Shu has to deal with the burden his ability puts on his shoulders and the horrific mystery of his past.

Fang of the Sun Dougram is a 75-episode anime television series, created by Ryosuke Takahashi and Sunrise, and aired in Japan from October 23, 1981 to March 25, 1983 on TV Tokyo. A 1983 full-length feature film, Dougram: Documentary of the Fang of the Sun, summarized the series.

Dancougar - Super Beast Machine God is a super robot anime television series. The show ran for 38 episodes from 4 April 1985 to 17 December 1985 and was produced by Ashi Productions. Although the series was planned for 52 episodes, it was ended abruptly before a finale could be reached. Despite this, the series garnered enough popularity for the development of multiple OVA's. Juusenki Tai Songs featured music videos of the various theme and insert songs from the series to TV series footage. The 1986 OVA Requiem for Victims featured a recap of the television series and a newly-animated conclusion to the story. Additionally, there was a 1987 sequel OVA God Bless Dancouga. In 1989 the four-part Blazing Epilogue OVA series presented a new sequel.

When the secret occult society, Shiromorishuua, sends a huge monster to attack Tokyo, ASY, a peace-keeping organization in Japan, retaliates with a Gousen (metal faery). ASY's Gousen annihilates the creature after driving it into open ocean. Although successful, a surprise attack follows. A girl, floating in midair and glowing with radiance, strikes with a beam of light. This girl is "Rouran." She knows neither her identity, her origins, nor why whenever she senses the Gousen or Kyoushi (reanimated corpses) she transforms into an avenging angel. As Rouran worries about her mysterious existence, Tetsuya kindly watches over her in Tokyo Arcadia, a settlement of expatriates and dissidents.
