Mentre questi nuovi predatori alfa devastano il Nord America, distruggendo ogni cosa che incontrano lungo il loro cammino, Okoye si allea con uno screditato ingegnere genetico per creare un antidoto, facendosi strada attraverso un campo di battaglia in continua evoluzione, non solo per impedire una catastrofe globale ma per salvare lo spaventoso primate che una volta era suo amico.

Il piccolo Bastian che ha da poco perso la mamma, si rifugia nella soffitta della scuola a leggere un vecchio libro che si rivela magico; così Bastian “entra” nella storia e combatte contro il Nulla per difendere il mondo di Fantasia con l'aiuto di un drago volante e di un fanciullo guerriero. Suggestiva superproduzione tedesca, girata però in inglese, che all'epoca ottenne un grande successo grazie alla fiabesca vicenda del romanzo di Michael Ende (debitamente semplificata) e alla colonna sonora di Giorgio Moroder. Appassionante e non stucchevole.

Il GGG è un gigante, un Grande Gigante Gentile, molto diverso dagli altri abitanti del Paese dei Giganti che come San-Guinario e Inghiotticicciaviva si nutrono di esseri umani, preferibilmente bambini. E così una notte il GGG - che è vegetariano e si ciba soltanto di Cetrionzoli e Sciroppio - rapisce Sophie, una bambina che vive a Londra e la porta nella sua caverna. Inizialmente spaventata dal misterioso gigante, Sophie ben presto si rende conto che il GGG è in realtà dolce, amichevole e può insegnarle cose meravigliose. Il film è diviso in due parti: la prima storia narra appunto di Bongo, un orsacchiotto ciclista-acrobata, che lascia il circo e si rifugia nel bosco dove s'innamora di un'orsacchiotta di nome Lulubelle. Il nome della storia, Bongo, è lo stesso del protagonista. Nella seconda, intitolata "Mickey and the Beanstalk", Topolino, Paperino e Pippo, come nella fiaba di Jack e il fagiolo magico, raggiungono, arrampicandosi su di una pianta di fagiolo, il regno delle nuvole, dove si trova il castello di un gigante. Il Grillo Parlante appare sottoforma di un presentatore che, ascoltando una canzone, raggiunge un orsacchiotto di peluche ed una bambola, i quali gli raccontano la storia di Bongo.
