I Transfomers che da anni vivono tra noi si nascondono alle forze speciali del governo Usa. Nel mentre Optimus Prime, sul pianeta Cybertron, è stato soggiogato dalla divinità aliena Quintessa, i cui piani per la Terra sono apocalittici.
