Una compagnia che produce bilance industriali in una piccola città di provincia spagnola attende l'imminente visita di un comitato che deve decidere se è degna di un premio per l'eccellenza: le cose devono dunque essere perfette quando sarà il momento. Tutto però sembra cospirare contro l'azienda. Lottando contro il tempo, Blanco cerca di ripristinare l'equilibrio all'interno della sua azienda. Nel tentativo di appianare i problemi dei suoi dipendenti, finirà per superare ogni limite immaginabile.

High school sophomore Yūki Hase noticed that Kaori Fujimiya, his classmate, was always alone. He tried to start a conversation with her but was turned down: "My memories of friendship can last only a week," she said. Despite of knowing this shocking truth, Yūki keeps trying to be Kaori's "new" friend every week.
