Mr. Robot è un thriller tecnologico che segue le vicende di Elliot, un giovane programmatore che di giorno lavora come ingegnere in una ditta di sicurezza informatica, e di notte è un hacker giustiziere. Elliot si trova a un bivio quando il misterioso leader di un gruppo di hacker attivisti lo recluta per distruggere l'azienda che viene pagato per proteggere.
