モアナが壮大な冒険の末に故郷の島を救ってから3年。妹シメアが生まれて少し大人になったモアナは、愛する家族や島の仲間たちに囲まれながら、以前は禁じられていた海へと航海に繰り出す日々を送っていた。そんなある日、「かつて人々は海でつながっていたが、人間を憎む神によって引き裂かれてしまった。海の果てにある島にたどり着けば呪いが解け、世界は再びひとつになる」という伝説を知ったモアナは、人々の絆を取り戻すため立ちあがることを決意。風と海を司る半神半人のマウイや島の新たな仲間たちとともに、危険に満ちた冒険の旅に出る。
学校の地下室で居残りをさせられていた高校生4人が、「ジュマンジ」という名前のソフトが入った古いテレビゲーム機を偶然にも発見。プレイするキャラクターを選択した途端、4人はなぜかゲームの中に吸い込まれ、それぞれのキャラの体=アバターとなってゲームの中の世界に突入。そこは危険なジャングルだった。突進してくる巨大ゾウ、ヘビは見るだけで背筋が凍りそう、いきなり飛び出でてくるワニ、ツノが鋭いサイの大群など次から次に登場してくる。
代々続く冒険一家であるクレイド一家は、ある日、奇妙な世界に迷い込んでしまう。そこはすべてが幻想的な淡いピンク色に包まれ、キラキラと光を放って動く植物や魚のような生物など、未知の生き物が存在する世界であった。この謎に包まれた世界から脱出するため、クレイド一家は壮大な旅に出ることを決める。

The final segment, Yippee, Yappee and Yahooey, featured three dogs named Yippee, Yappee, and Yahooey who work for the King, a short, complaining ruler who is often on the receiving end of their antics.
