When an unsuspecting town newcomer is drawn to local blood fiends, the Frog brothers and other unlikely heroes gear up to rescue him.

Shot in a series of long-takes over several days, the film follows a flower shop attendant (played by Devereaux, then actually employed at a small flower shop by the beach) in fragmented detail. The order of scenes resists chronology: moments recur, shift, or vanish, creating not the passage of a single day but the jumble of many, refracted into a meditation on routine and its quiet abstractions.

In the wake of Megan's sudden passing, her best friends Frances and Taylor work together to honor her wishes to remove any contraband items from her bedroom in efforts to preserve her image to her mourning parents. Confronted by conflicting perceptions of Megan and approaches to grief, Frances and Taylor wrestle with the question: Will they remain friends without her?

When a kidnapper defies orders and spares his captive, the two soon find themselves hostages to their hearts as new feelings emerge — and danger looms.
