유코는 5년 전 부모님을 교통사고로 잃고 ‘멋쟁이 캣’이라는 카페를 운영하며 두 동생 유리, 사오리와 살아간다. 유코의 카페는 같은 상가 안의 사람들에겐 사랑방 역할을 하는 곳이다. 그러던 어느 날 폭력단 흑룡회가 아카기 상사라는 회사를 만들어 대기업 요츠비시와 손잡고 이 동네 상가를 재개발해 동네의 땅값을 올리려는 계획을 세운다. 흑룡회의 여두목 아케미는 동네 모든 사람들이 빚을 진 사금융 ‘카나이 캐시’의 사장을 협박해 차용증을 사들인 뒤 상인들을 내쫓으려 한다. 게다가 차용증을 훔치러 들어갔다가 잡힌 막내 사오리가 폭행을 당하자 이에 분개한 유코의 세 자매는 힘을 합쳐 흑룡회를 무찌르기로 하는데...
