Claudio and Silvia Caruana have money, respectability, a 20-year marriage and two children who have never given them trouble. In a nocturnal and hostile Rome, Valerio must investigate the death of his son, an apparently suicide. An investigation that's also a last chance to restore a bond with that son he hadn't seen in years, facing the ghosts of the past.
