In Search of Ladino 1981
In Search of Ladino follows Ladino speakers, their culture, their memories and hopes for their mother tongue. This unique film is one of the earliest works presenting Ladino-speaking Holocaust survivors in Israel, and it provides rare documentation of their testimonies and songs. Filmmaker David Perlov’s camera glances on the faces of the people, as he listens carefully to their stories and songs. The film was meant to be part of a trilogy about languages: Hebrew, Yiddish and Ladino, but Perlov only managed to make the first film.

Bear With Me 2013
This is the story of an Israeli 'bear' society - a group of gay men, who look a little like bears, struggling with weight problems, loneliness and memories of the past. The film focuses on the four main characters - Paz, Daniel, and the Motti and Motti couple - and follows them at the height of their journey for survival, on which they will have to choose between life and death, and between being alone or being in a relationship.
All Happy Mornings 2012
A personal journey into bisexual being, the film exposes the passionate, wild world found by the filmmaker in documenting his relationship with Chen, a rising rock star. Facing the pressure all around him, the filmmaker tries to find a way to feel complete without having to explain. Alongside the personal dilemma is his singular family-his brother, sister and their grand childless parents, who are longing for continuity. Like the men he talks to confidentially, they present him with the main conflict in his live. As the inevitable crisis looms, a new factor emerges and illuminates things in a new light.

The Human Turbine 2010
The film follows the attempts to harness wind and solar energy for the benefit of the Palestinian village of Susia. In the process we get to know extraordinary individuals from both sides of the conflict/ What was missing in Noam Dotan's otherwise perfect life? What made him and others leave symbols of success and devote themselves to a renewable energy project in a Palestinian village? what is this dream, shared with the residents of Susia, which is today coming to fruition? They work through action, rather than through protest or demonstrations. Three years in the making, they have created a renewable energy project at Susia, succeeded in supplying electricity for residents living in tents and caves, figuratively and literally lighting up their lives.
