The show usually features interviews to artists and other personalities, music performances, celebrity news, curious facts, and comedy sketches, among other things. Aside of its regular hosts, the show features a team of collaborators that offer their opinions on a wide range of topics from sexuality, movies, and Internet. Despite its hosting changes, the show has remained one of the most successful in the island, edging its direct rival, No te Duermas, of Telemundo.
Yo Canto is a Puerto Rican singing talent contest that started airing on 2011 on WKAQ-TV, the Telemundo outlet in Puerto Rico. It is produced by Soraya Sánchez, who previously produced the similar show Objetivo Fama, and Beatriz Oliveros. As opposed to Objetivo Fama, Yo Canto features singers from all ages, and contestants can participate as a group or duo. The show features a group of aspiring singers who compete on a weekly talent show. During each show, contestants are evaluated by a panel judges, and are gradually eliminated until only one prevails. During the time of the show, contestants are "bunkered" in a studio/house where they will live together for several months. The show's first season began airing on February 5, 2011. The show is hosted by Daniela Droz and Ektor. The winner of the competition was the Cuban duo FM5.

The show revolved around what happened in a generic police station in the fictional town of Trujillo Bajo, Puerto Rico. El Gangster and Rafael José personified two detectives, Carmen Dominicci and Kate Garrity were two female officers, while Pucho Fernández was an old and dumb officer. The show lasted 7 years on the air. This was Supersiete's last original sitcom to air on the channel before being bought to Teleonce. This comedy was created and produced by Vicky Hernandez.

TV Ilegal, stylized as TV [i]lεgal, was a Puerto Rican comedy/parody/satire television show broadcast on WAPA-TV. The show parodied both local and international shows and people like local news shows, telenovelas, variety shows, and others. Part of the cast had previously worked on Sálvese Quien Pueda on Telemundo Puerto Rico. The show featured comedians Herbert Cruz, Ivonne Arriaga, Noris Joffre, Lizmarie Quintana, Abraham Martí, Ángel Figueroa, Edgardo "El Bebo" Adames and Carlos Ramírez. The show might be considered as an equivalent of MADtv, which both featured parodies and other comedy skits. As of approximately in Spring/Summer of 2007, Abraham Martí left the show to pursue music and acting opportunities in Spain and abroad. On May 13, 2009 the show broadcast its last episode due to no advertisement revenue to pay the actors. After a week of cancellation the TV Ilegal posse was now part of Radio Ilegal on Cadena Salsoul. TV Ilegal aired two specials broadcast in Telemundo on November 2011 and early 2012. TV Ilegal returned to television to Univision Puerto Rico starting on October 1st, 2012 on Noche Ilegal. Herbert Cruz, Lizmarie Quintana, Ivonne Arriaga, Abraham Martí and Ángel Figueroa return as part of the cast, but not Noris Joffre.
