According to Mr. Julio Pena, quartermaster of the Chapultepec Palace: "One day I came into the room where the prisoners had been kept and noticed a fair-sized chuck of the new carpeting has been removed...bloodstains...no other prisoners were being held there. I assumed this was where President and Vice President of the Republic has been assassinated." English Subtitles

In March of 85, I filmed the stainless steel square in Boston on a very cold, windy and bright day. The piece of steel is much alive with sound and has its own incredible energy. That same month, I filmed my friends Charly and Natalie Di Costanzo in the redwoods of Eureka, CA using a blue-gel microphone.

Five dynamic women have an intimate conversation. Shot in extreme close-up, the film gives insight into their world view and mine.

Helena Lindgren's film begins with her grandmother recounting how she was ashamed when she got her first period. Then follows a film collage in which Lindgren slowly moves the men from the male, medical and stigmatized to the physical, female and liberating to finally return to the grandmother who quotes her own mother: 'it should be this way'.

Doctor Pantaleon converted to Christianity by performing many miracles until he witnessed the end of the 3rd century. An impressive event makes Pantaleon make the serious and courageous decision to accept the Holy Baptism, to become a Christian. As he was walking down the street he met a child who bit him into a viper and died. So he says to himself: I will pray to Christ to resurrect this child, and if the child is really resurrected, I no longer have any reason to delay my baptism, I will become a Christian, I will believe that Christ is God the true, the Savior of the world. He thought and prayed warmly. Immediately the child came to life and the snake died. Full of joy, Pandaleon runs into Elder Hermolaus, tells him the miracle and asks him to baptize him. And Hermolaus, because he knew who leads to perfection, from that time Pantaleon became an anointed physician.

Legacy of the Spirits traces the religion from Africa to Haiti to New York City. It explains the theology of the religion, the meaning of the rituals, the pantheon of spirits, possession, the sacred drawings (called ve-ve), the Catholic influence, the history of persecution and more. This is all explained by priests and priestesses who practice Vodou and who give the film the quality of being both informative, yet personal.

The story of the play revolves around the divorce of Nora Hala Sedqi from Hamdi, her husband Nabil al-Hagrassi, and then her father Hassan Hosni tries to find an analyst to marry Hamdi again and then the choice is made by Zerbeeh Mohammed Najm, telling him that Mayor Moslehi, his uncle Zakaria Mawafi, does not like divorce and if he comes to them. A visit and an absolute view will deprive her of the inheritance they forced him to change his name from Zerbeih to Hamdi, but her first husband comes Hamdi and confesses to him the fact that Zerbeeh is surprised by the truth and knew his fiancé Suhayr Barouni's wife had married another woman and cried and cried but she loved Hamdi and left Zerbeeh and loved Nora Zrbeeh and agreed to keep her husband married The play ends .
