Jonathan Ross hosts this reality challenge in which nine pairs of strangers with different beliefs, lifestyles, opinions and habits are handcuffed together for as long as they can stand it. The pairs must navigate eating, dressing and even sleeping just inches apart as they are sent on a road trip across the UK - with the ones who last the longest in the running for £100,000.
