Spring of 1944. In a small village on the banks of the Dniester River, at the kulak estate of Sanda Țițan, everyone awaits the arrival of Soviet power in their own way. In the early 19th century the Romanian Theodor Diamant was inspired by the French utopian socialist Charles Fourier and established one of Fourier's "phalansteries" in Rumania. She and the keeper have no recourse but to become acquainted, and for the next few days, that is what they do. Eventually, the man who left her in the lurch comes back to look for her, and finds her at the lighthouse.

In May 2013, a house was to be demolished. A few artists were called for proposals in what was to become a one-off during a day and a night exhibition about loss and disappearance.
