Danish documentary by Ulrik Holmstrup from 1997. Large sections of the population have tried smoking cannabis, even though it is illegal. But why is it illegal? This is the story of how Denmark and the rest of the world were duped by the US and therefore went to war against a plant. The program reveals that the entire basis for the ban is manipulated, flawed, and misleading.

From the jet set to the schoolyard! Cocaine is more prevalent in Denmark than ever before. And those who use cocaine are getting younger and younger. In the 1980s and 1990s, cocaine was a luxury drug reserved for the rich and sophisticated. The price was well over 1,000 kroner per gram, which automatically relegated the drug to fashionable circles.
Today, the price of the white powder has more than halved, and cocaine has spread to all corners of Danish society. In the program, we meet students at a public school in Assens on Funen, where students as young as fifth graders have sold drugs during recess. Singer Nanna and author Henrik List also talk about their own experiences with cocaine.

A documentary about a world full of cheating, false hopes, and lots of money. The documentary goes behind the scenes at some of the temp agencies that have made millions sending Eastern European workers to Denmark. The EU's expansion opened up a large but poor workforce that is more than willing to travel to the West to work and earn money. Many large public construction projects in Denmark are currently dominated by foreign labor supplied by temporary employment agencies that operate very discreetly. We follow in the footsteps of some of the industry's biggest players, the Irish company Atlanco and the Polish company Budomex, and the documentary delves into a world of wage fraud, exploitation, tax evasion, and workplace accidents.
