Parna is rich, educated and talented. She is the only daughter of a tea-estate owner and gears up to take over her father's business. Parna meets Rana, the son of another employee in his father's farm and is swept off her feet at his happy go lucky nature. Their relationship is not taken in a very calm manner by Vijay. He inflicts war against Rana. However love wins in the end. Vijay's craftiness is brought to everyone's notice. The young lovers are united.
