The War of the Words or the Respectful Silence? is a commissioned film made for an educational program in schools. Through this program, children rediscover their own history, the history of their territory and apply this knowledge to the future.
The sieve workshop at the Red Cross in Belgrade has existed for 100 years. After the end of the First World War, Edo Čvar, a Slovene from Ribnica, started making sieves. He brought his cousin Ivan Debeljak to Belgrade students from Ribnica. The products made in the workshop were sold in Serbia and Vojvodina. An exhibition about this workshop and its current owner, Ivan Debeljak Jr., was opened at the Ethnographic Museum in Belgrade.
Fayza from Egypt and Savyasachi from India have been trying to have a conversation with the workers, who come to work in Krsko from Bosnia and Herzegovina and other Ex-Yugoslavian countries, Albania and Kosovo. The first day the workers were fine with filming, but the next day there were just signs of their work on the streets…

Nevertheless, they go to Ukraine and it seems that everything will be fine and that this will be just another nostalgic journey of grandchildren's following the footsteps of their grandfathers. Then, in the middle of the journey towards Zaturci, a message from military museum comes up that Peter Kutos could not fight in Zaturci in 1916, since he was called into the army in 1917, a year later. That changes everything. And this will have to be said to Geza.

The authors of the film try to immortalize the spirit of this era of Slovenian music through testimonies of the main representatives of Slovenian heavy metal scene from those times, and offer it to future generations. At the same time, they want to pay these incredible musicians and their audience due respect which they rarely got during the time of their musical existence.
