Snip was a 1976 comedy starring David Brenner about a hairdresser living in Cape Cod, Massachusetts who has his ex-wife, daughter and former aunt living with him in his apartment. He and his ex-wife are both in the same hairdressing business under their boss and friend who's an openly gay man. It was a take-off of the movie Shampoo and was created by James Komack, the creator of Chico and the Man and Welcome Back Kotter. The series was to premiere September 30, 1976 on NBC, but was cancelled at the last minute and never made it to air in the U.S. The cancellation was so abrupt even TV Guide was caught off guard, and listed the show in its "Fall Preview" issue for that year. Five episodes had already been produced and were aired in Australia.

Return to Peyton Place is an American daytime soap opera which aired on NBC from April 3, 1972 to January 4, 1974. The series was a spin-off of the primetime drama series Peyton Place rather than an adaptation of the 1959 novel of the same name by Grace Metalious. The storylines from the daytime show were a continuation of those from the primetime series. Both James Lipton and Gail Kobe worked as writers on the series during its run. Frank Ferguson, Evelyn Scott, and Patricia Morrow reprised their roles from the earlier series. Selena Cross, a major character in the original novel and the films both it and its sequel inspired, had not been included in the primetime TV series because her storyline was considered too risque at the time. She was a featured character in the daytime soap.

Make Your Own Kind of Music was an American summer replacement television series starring The Carpenters that aired on NBC from July 20, 1971 to September 7, 1971. Some guest stars were Don Knotts, Herb Alpert, Al Hirt, Mark Lindsay, Patchett & Tarses, Helen Reddy, and the Doodletown Pipers. The key concept of the series was that each show starts off with the letter "A". The first show started off with "A is for Alpert", as Herb Alpert stood next to a big letter "A", and introduced the show. The cast would then go down the alphabet list, and when they got to "Z", the show would end.

Double Up is an American game show that aired very briefly on NBC Saturday mornings from September 5 to October 17, 1992. J. D. Roth hosted as well as being one of its executive producers. A rap DJ named Disco served as announcer.

Sing Along with Mitch, airing on NBC from 1961 to 1964, was a weekly sing-along program hosted by Mitch Miller and featuring a male chorus. Lyrics were presented at the bottom of the television screen. Singer Leslie Uggams, pianist Dick Hyman, and the singing Quinto Sisters were regularly featured. One of the show's trademarks was the final number, a group sing-along with the regular house chorale, among whom would be an uncredited celebrity not necessarily known for their singing ability. In the Loop with iVillage is an American television program. The program served as a brand extension of the NBC Universal-owned iVillage website, which focuses on advice and issues of interest to women, and was hosted by actress and comedian Kim Coles, season one The Apprentice winner Bill Rancic, and Ereka Vetrini, who also was in the first season of The Apprentice. The show was produced through the facilities of WMAQ-TV in Chicago, and aired exclusively on stations owned and operated by NBC. This program was originally known as iVillage Live, which premiered on December 4, 2006 with virtually the same format. iVillage Live emanated from Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida, with Miami-based NBC station WTVJ responsible for the program's production. The show also aired on a one-day delay on Bravo when it launched, but the repeats ended on Bravo after three weeks. On September 4, 2007, NBC Universal Television and iVillage.com officially announced the relaunch of IVillage Live as In the Loop with iVillage. At its initial launch, iVillage Live was hosted by Molly Pesce, Stefani "Sissy" Schaeffer, and Guy Yovan, and featured contributions from Naamua Delaney and Bob Oschack. All five relatively unknown hosts were removed from the program when it was relaunched.
