The adventures of two rag dolls named Abney and Teal, who live on a small island in a city park lake. Abney lives in a hut at the base of a tree. Teal sleeps in the branches of the tree, with her only possessions a blanket and an umbrella.

It also airs in Australia on ABC2. The programme comprises a mixture of animation and real time content, and a spin-off programme Mister Maker Comes to Town began in 2010.
