Verminators is an American reality television series. It is produced by Original Productions of Burbank, California and broadcast in the United States on Discovery Channel, Canada on Discovery Channel and the UK on Virgin1. The program follows the employees of the Los Angeles-based pest control company ISOTech as they rid homes and businesses of rodents, cockroaches, termites, spiders, birds and other pests. The series began its run throughout North America on Discovery Channel in April 2008. A second season began airing in July 2009. It involves Masterson and the ISOTech crew, along with new recruits and associates, having traveled to Florida; ridding considered residents there of both typical and exotic pests that can be expected of a subtropical environment.

American Treasures is a reality television show on Discovery Channel. The series premiered on February 22, 2011 and features archaeology professors Dr. Jason De León and Dr. Kirk French, who often receive inquiries from everyday Americans who think they possess items that may have historical significance.

Construction Intervention is a program on the Discovery Channel in which host Charlie Frattini and his team save small business that are on the brink of closing due to bad contractors or botched construction. They then get to work, completing all aspects of construction in a mere four days, and give the owner back a brand new business, ready for the masses.

The Greatest American was a four-part American television series hosted by Matt Lauer in 2005. The show featured biographies and lists of influential persons in U.S. history, and culminated in a contest in which millions in the audience nominated and voted for the person they felt was the "greatest American". The competition was conducted by AOL and the Discovery Channel and reported on by the BBC.

"Head Games" requires a thinking cap for viewers and on-screen subjects, both of whom are challenged with brain games, mind puzzles and social experiments. The human brain is a deeply complex organ, but how does it actually dictate behavior or make a person react to uncomfortable and/or confrontational situations? To find out, experiments are set up throughout the three-part series to see the ways in which everyday people act, conform, and make moral choices when in real-life situations. The experiments are supplemented by games, puzzles and analysis by experts in human behavior. Actor John Krasinski narrates.

Wild Food is a documentary television series hosted by Ray Mears. The series airs on the BBC in United Kingdom, it is also shown on Discovery Channel in the United States, Canada, India, Italy, Brazil, New Zealand, Australia, Norway, Sweden, The Netherlands and Russia. The show was first broadcast with an episode set in Australia and ended with "Woodland". The theme tune is not unlike the one heard in World of Survival. In Wild Food, Ray presents an informative guide to cookery, travelling across the world to demonstrate traditional cooking skills and cuisine.

Cool Stuff: How It Works is a multi-part documentary television mini-series that premiered in 2007 on the Discovery Channel. The program is based on an existing book about how "Modern Marvels" actually work. The show is hosted by Steve Truitt. It is produced by Sydney-based Beyond Television Productions, the creator of the successful Discovery Channel series MythBusters and Prototype This!.

Fugitive Strike Force is a 2006 television series resembling Fox Broadcasting Company's Cops. The series shows footage of criminals being arrested by three different corps, the U.S. Marshals, the SWAT and Bounty Hunters.

How Booze Built America is an American reality-documentary Miniseries starring Mike Rowe. The miniseries premiered on the Discovery Channel on September 19, 2012. In each episode, Rowe travels around the United States discussing how alcoholic beverages affected periods throughout American history.

Iditarod: Toughest Race on Earth is a Discovery Channel reality television series about the 2008 Iditarod race from Anchorage, Alaska to Nome, Alaska. The show follows and documents selected racers and their dogs during the 1,161 mile trek through Alaska's wilderness. Iditarod entrants pay $3,000 to enter the race and must have completed certain qualifying races beforehand. Expenses for the race can exceed $20,000 and mushers often seek sponsors to aide in paying for the race. Most mushers hold outside jobs in addition to racing. During the course of the show it is shown how the logistics of running an Iditarod are handled. Supplies are gathered and then flown into each of the checkpoints usually just hours before the mushers arrive. Each musher is required to sign into each checkpoint and then decides if they are going to continue on or rest for several hours. Some mushers elect to take short stops, briefly feeding their dogs before continuing on the trail. Veterinarians perform constant examinations on the dogs at checkpoints throughout the race, and any injured or sick dogs are taken off of the team and then flown to Anchorage for proper care. There are only three mandatory rest points during the race. One is a 24-hour rest, and two eight-hour rests. Apart from that, mushers usually try to feed their dogs at each checkpoint, even if it is just as snack, as the dogs can burn around 10,000 calories a day.

Disaster Eyewitness is a TV program reviewing various disasters, produced by Raw Cut TV for Discovery Channel. It features footage recorded by mobile phones, CCTV cameras and digital cameras. The program interviews surivivors of the disasters, as well as the people who recorded the footage. Detailed computer graphics show exactly what caused the disasters. One recent disaster shown was the Enschede fireworks disaster in the eastern Dutch city of Enschede, which was caused by mishandling of 900 kg of fireworks, leading to another 177 tons of fireworks to explode. Another disaster shown was the US Airways Flight 1549, which crashed into the Hudson River after hitting a flock of Canada Geese

Into the Pride is a Discovery Channel documentary about zoologist and big cat trainer Dave Salmoni, armed only with a camera on a pole, carefully conditioning a wild pride of lions to accept his presence.

Mongrel Nation is a 3-part series made in 2003 and hosted by Eddie Izzard on the Discovery Channel, examining the ethnic origins of the English. The three programmes were titled: Invasion, Immigration, and Infusion.
