How I Met Your Mother, the Russian comedy series produced by the company Good Story Media, which is an adaptation of the eponymous American television series How I Met Your Mother. The main character of the series, Dima Nosov, in the distant 2034, tells his teenage children about his own youth, as well as the life stories of his friends. Dima describes the circumstances in which he met his future wife. At the same time, he dwells on various events that took place in his life at that time with him and his friends: Pasha Vinogradov, Lucy Lyubimova, Yury Sadovskiy, and Katya Krivchik. The main action of the series takes place in Moscow today (in 1st season - in 2008–2009).

Famous model Masha Berezina returns to Moscow after a long work in Europe. In the capital, where she has not been for eight years, Masha meets with her past life - friends, classmates, and her first love, Dima Romanov.

Having suffered a fiasco in the hotel business and saying goodbye to the Eleon Hotel, Eleanor retreats to Tuscany. Everything changes when the ex-fiance Dmitry Nagiyev, who is guilty of her bankruptcy, begins construction of the grandiose Resort complex in Sochi. To take revenge on the showman for all the insults, Eleanor buys a hotel that Nagiyev has his eye on, hires her ex-husband, chef Viktor Barinov, their daughter Katya and manager Mikhail Dzhekovich.

A drug company, attempting to create a perfect human race, releases a virus which proves to be deadly. People are dying by the thousands, but eleven strangers, who wake up in a bunker with no memory of how they got there, find themselves responsible for determining the future of all mankind.

Moscow, year 1982. Scientist Matvey Pyotrovsky creates a time machine and conducts a scientific experiment, which divides the apartment in two parts. It's first part is left in the 80-s with the professor, while the second one is transported to year 2020 to a modern family: businessman Sergey, his wife Svetlana and daughter Kristina. This kind of coliving creates a lot of trouble for everybody, since layering of two times means each of the families has lost access to the other part of the apartment. But problems don't end there: inventor's grandson Pavel, after waiting for 38 years, tries to prevent one tragic incident.

When talented young officer Katya Lavrova is removed from the force without much explanation, she begins to work as a freelance investigator and helps solve various crimes.

The Myagkov family is forced to sell their house and move into an old apartment. But it turned out that it already has an owner - a ginger cat who is not at all happy with his new neighbors and does not hide it. Attempts to catch and evict the furry pest fail one after another. The head of the family, Mikhail, is ready to take a decisive step to get rid of the cat, but he accidentally steps on a damaged extension cord, and they receive a powerful electric shock. Having come to his senses, the head of the family acquires the superpower to hear and understand the red-haired prankster. Under new circumstances, the Myagkovs decide to leave the cat in the house, and from that moment on, the life of an ordinary Moscow family changes.

Contemporary Moscow. Journalist Sonya Bagretsova reviews restaurants for a popular Internet magazine. A misanthrope who wants and needs no one, she has one weakness - alcohol - that lands her in a ridiculous predicament.

Only the past does not let go of Faith and presents a tempting offer. And now the former champion will have to face again not only the treachery of her own mother, who is ready to do anything for big victories, but also the ex-boyfriend who led the national swimming team.

Schoolgirl Masha and her parents are forced to move from Moscow to Novoorsk. After the elite gymnasium on Rublevka, it is not easy for a girl to put up with the rules of a provincial school. At her new school, she becomes a victim of bullying — sophisticated psychological and physical harassment by classmates. It becomes especially harsh because of Masha's feelings for Chris's boyfriend, the main star and rebel of the school. At the suggestion of Chris, the nickname "Crybaby" was glued to Masha. To cope with problems and tears, the heroine is helped only by music and a band that she has put together with other students.

After meeting a vampire, the Shilov brothers discover superpowers in themselves. Sergey and Lyokha learn that in the city building of the research institute there is a portal between the worlds of people and evil spirits, which periodically drop in to visit. Werewolves, witches, mermaids and other "tourists" from the dark world are looked after by employees of the secret organization "Border of Worlds"
