Er zijn twee jaar verstreken sinds de vernietiging van M3GAN, het prototype van kunstmatige intelligentie dat uit de hand liep tijdens een bloedig en onberispelijk gechoreografeerd bloedbad. De maker Gemma, nu een gerenommeerd auteur, voert campagne voor de drastische regulering van AI door de overheid, terwijl Cady, haar 14-jarige nichtje, de adolescentie ingaat en in opstand komt tegen de al te strenge regels van haar tante. Buiten het medeweten van iedereen werd de geavanceerde techniek die voor M3GAN was ontwikkeld, echter gestolen en gekaapt om een militair wapen te maken dat bekend staat als AM3LIA.

Een verhaal dat zich afspeelt in het jaar 2020, waar robotboxen een populaire sport is. Een promotor (Hugh Jackman) die moeite heeft zijn hoofd boven water te houden stuit op een afgeschreven robot en denkt er een kampioen van te kunnen maken. Terwijl hij samen met de robot furore maakt, komt hij erachter dat hij een zoontje van elf jaar oud heeft, die hem wil leren kennen.

De verbannen prins Nuada wil de mensheid uit de wegruimen om zo plaats te maken voor de wezens die nu in verschuiling moeten leven. Het is aan Hellboy om Nuada te stoppen voordat hij het allesvernietigende Gouden Leger kan wekken. Samen met een team van het Bureau voor Paranormaal Onderzoek en Defensie, met onder meer zijn pyrokinetische vriendin Liz, de aquatische empatholoog Abe en de protoplastische mysticus Johann wordt er heen en weer gependeld tussen beide werelden.

Super Robot Wars Original Generation: The Inspector is a Japanese anime series, that retells the events from the Super Robot Taisen: Original Generation 2 game, a game featuring only original characters and mechs created by Banpresto for the Super Robot Wars franchise. It was produced by Asahi Production and started broadcasting in several Japanese TV Stations on October 1, 2010. The anime also received a simulcast release on the English anime streaming website, Crunchyroll.

Nickelodeon Robot Wars is a game show that aired on Nickelodeon from August 25, 2002 to October 6, 2002. Hosted by Dave Aizer, the show was Nickelodeon's take on Robot Wars, the popular and long-running robot-fighting game show. The show was canceled after one season, and subsequently aired on Nickelodeon GAS. The series of six shows was filmed at Shepperton Studios in England in January 2002 at the same time as the second season of the Robot Wars Extreme Warriors series shown on 'The New TNN' American television network. Both shows featured American teams and robots flown to England for the filming.
