'Hacksaw Ridge' vertelt het waargebeurde verhaal over Desmond T. Doss. Desmond was een Amerikaanse legerdokter die zich op het slagveld van 1942 bevond, maar weigerde om te moorden en wapens te dragen.

In Bullet Train zien we Ladybug, een huurmoordenaar die zijn werk voortaan vreedzaam wil verrichten nadat zijn klussen te vaak zijn ontspoord. Het lot lijkt hem niet gunstig gezind, aan boord van de snelste trein op aarde stevent hij af op een confrontatie met dodelijke huurmoordenaars. Deze huurmoordenaars van over de hele wereld hebben stuk voor stuk verwante, maar tegenstrijdige doelen. Hij moet het voor elkaar zien te krijgen om van de trein af te komen.

Gebaseerd op een waar gebeurd verhaal in het Japan van 1936. Een man begint een gepassioneerde affaire met één van zijn bediendes. De begeerte mondt echter al snel uit in een seksuele obsessie die zo sterk is dat ze bereid zijn om ten koste van alles, zelfs het leven, hun hartstocht te versterken.

Deze geanimeerde anthologiefilm volgt drie van de meest meedogenloze krijgers in de geschiedenis van de mensheid. Een Viking-plunderaar die haar jonge zoon begeleidt op een bloedige zoektocht naar wraak, een ninja in het feodale Japan die zich tegen zijn samoerai-broer keert in een brute strijd om de opvolging en een piloot uit de Tweede Wereldoorlog die de lucht in gaat om een buitenaardse dreiging voor de geallieerden te onderzoeken.

Enkele jaren na de gebeurtenissen uit de eerste film is het Jaegerprogramma ten prooi gevallen aan corruptie en zijn de massavernietigingswapens in verkeerde handen gevallen. De machine Gipsy Avenger is hiervan een voorbeeld.

In het 17e-eeuwse Japan is er een periode van vrede aangebroken. Veel clans raken daardoor ontbonden; samurai raken werkloos. Enkelen van hen dreigen met harakiri, ofwel rituele zelfmoord, in de hoop op een aalmoes.

Atsuko Chiba is een psychiatrice die geavanceerde technologie hanteert om het brein van haar patiënten te doorgronden. Ze leidt een dubbelleven als Paprika, een high-tech detective die dezelfde technologie gebruikt om te achterhalen wat er in de gedachten omgaat van de mensen die ze zoekt. Wanneer de technologie echter gestolen wordt moet Paprika er snel achteraan, aangezien de hele stad in een golf van psychologische instabiliteit verkeert.

Daniel reist samen met zijn leraar Miyagi naar Okinawa om daar Miyagi's op sterven liggende vader te bezoeken. Tijdens zijn verblijf in z'n geboorteland wordt Miyagi weer geconfronteerd met zijn aartsvijand en de nog altijd aanwezige vete tussen hen. Daniel leert veel over de oude Japanse tradities en de erecodes, wanneer ook hij verwikkeld raakt in deze vendetta.

Kenshin Himura is een legendarische zwaardvechter. Hij is gestopt met het doden door middel van het zwaard. Hij probeert een vredig leven te leiden met Kaoru Kamiya die in het dorp een zwaardvechtersschool runt. Detective Ukyo Sugishita confronts crime on the basis of his own convictions. He has a partner that works for him in the Special Task Unit. For the first 7 seasons, Ukyo’s first partner is Kaoru Kameyama. He is a good-natured, hot-tempered, straightforward and somewhat scattered detective. She also holds a scrupulous compliance when it comes to her working hours, never does any unnecessary chores that don’t require a medical license, and couldn’t care less about the power struggles within the hospitals. Nobody knows how she acquired such a top-level skill that allows her to claim exorbitant sums as reward, but her private life is an even greater mystery to everyone around her. Tanaka plays a rookie surgeon, Uchida an anesthetist, Kishibe the head of the placement service, and Ito the head of the surgical department of this institution.

Mazinger Z, known briefly as Tranzor Z in the United States, is a Japanese super robot manga series written and illustrated by Go Nagai. The first manga version was serialized in Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump from October 1972 to August 1973, and it later continued in Kodansha TV Magazine from October 1973 to September 1974. It was adapted into an anime television series which aired on Fuji TV from December 1972 to September 1974. A second manga series was released alongside the TV show, this one drawn by Gosaku Ota, which started and ended almost at the same time of the TV show. Mazinger Z has spawned several sequels and spinoff series, among them UFO Robot Grendizer and Mazinkaiser. It was a very popular cartoon in Mexico during the 1980s, where it was dubbed into Spanish directly from the Japanese version, keeping the Japanese character names and broadcasting all 92 episodes, unlike the version aired in the U.S.

It has been announced that the series will be aired in several other countries, for example Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand.
