Als dronepiloot van de Amerikaanse luchtmacht ondersteunt Reaper een speciale missie op de Filipijnen. Als er iets vreselijk misgaat wordt de jonge officier Kinney ingezet om in het slagveld gegijzelde teamleden terug te halen. Hierbij is hij afhankelijk van Reaper die vanuit de lucht als zijn ogen fungeert. Wanneer Kinneys team wordt ontdekt en in een grootschalig gevecht belandt, moet Reaper tot het uiterste gaan om iedereen in veiligheid te brengen.
