Fonejacker is a British comedy programme broadcast on E4 featuring a series of prank calls involving a number of different characters performed by British Iranian television actor Kayvan Novak. It first appeared in May 2006 and became a full series in 2007. In 2005 Kayvan Novak and Ed Tracy created, wrote and directed Fonejacker, a prank call show, as part of Channel 4 Comedy Lab. After making the pilot together they were given a Christmas special and a six-part series which began airing in the UK on 5 July 2007 on E4 and lasted 6 episodes. They went on to make a second series which began airing on 17 September 2008 on E4, and started on Channel 4 on 6 November 2008. Kayvan Novak said that he was "not sure there will be a third series of Fonejacker" but despite this, several websites reported in October 2009 that a third series would air in May 2010. In November 2009, the third series was officially announced, with the news that it would be called "Fonejacker 3D" and feature Kayvan Novak portraying both old and new Fonejacker characters face-to-face in the public domain. Renamed Facejacker, the new show began airing on 16 April 2010. Fonejacker won the BAFTA award for the "Best Comedy Programme" in 2008. Novak plans to create a film based on the show's characters, and is currently in talks with Film4 and Hat Trick Productions.

Hollyoaks: Let Loose was a spin-off of Hollyoaks that aired between September and December 2005. The series followed Ben Davies and Lisa Hunter as they decided to leave Hollyoaks for a new life abroad, however, their relationship is put to the test over Lisa's jealousy. The series aired a total of 14 episodes. The series was initially commissioned for 15 episodes, but episode 3 was cancelled suddenly.

Big Brother Panto is a special series of Big Brother that brought together ten housemates from previous Big Brothers to produce the pantomime Cinderella. It aired from 20 December 2004 to 5 January 2005 on the Channel 4 network. The pantomime performed, Cinderella, was written by Jonathan Harvey, who wrote the sitcom Gimme Gimme Gimme. It was performed at a theatre near to The Lodge.

Dogface is a British sketch comedy television series which debuted on E4 in September 2007. The show consists of sketches sometimes interspersed with animations featuring dogs sitting at tables talking as "lads" talk, with much reference to booze, birds and other lad culture stereotypes. The series is produced by Objective Productions.

Nearly Famous is a television drama mini-series about a group of British teenagers at a top London school of the performing arts. It is shown in the UK and Ireland on E4. The show has been compared to other teen drama series such as The OC and Skins. The show debuted on E4 on 8 November 2007 and ended its run on the 13th of December 2007. It is filmed in Kent, England. There are no plans to continue into a second series, but the series has been left open so that a second series could be made on demand. The series ends with Owen leaving school, and his devastated friends, after being kicked out. Although it was virtually ignored, it gained a large fanbase between 13-20-year olds. It had many story lines which related well to this target market, including drinking, drugs, money, sex and virginity.

Hollyoaks: In the City was a spin-off of Channel 4 soap opera, Hollyoaks, originally devised by Phil Redmond. It also served as a continuation to 2005's Hollyoaks: Let Loose, which also starred Gemma Atkinson and Marcus Patric. On 16 November 2006 the writer of the show, Daran Little, announced on his Myspace site that the series had not been recommissioned due to low audience figures.

The Last Chancers was originally a one-off television sitcom, screened under the Comedy Lab banner at 11:40pm on Thursday 21 November 2002. This show was later developed into a five-part series which was broadcast on E4 in December 2002. Johnny, Paul, Dan and Brian are a bunch of twentysomethings living in Brighton and struggling to make something of their band.
