Igor, a police officer from Skopje, accidentally kills a civilian. He accepts an offer from his superior to go unpunished, but on the condition that he will be transferred to a border village, as far away from Skopje as possible.

Lea, 21, is being diagnosed with leukemia. Having no time left she starts appreciating every hour, seeing beauty where she's never seen before. Hoping she could change the world, Lea makes a video project aiming to give her contribution to living by creating a viral happiness effect.

The film takes place in Skopje in the summer of 1963, just before the catastrophic earthquake.

"Makedonium: Dramaturgy of the Unfinished" is a collaborative film by director Teona Strugar Mitevska and artists Hristina Ivanoska and Jane Čalovski, based on the book of the same name by Ivanoska and Čalovski, which focuses on the story of "Makedonium", the most prominent memorial complex built in socialist Macedonia between 1969-1974 and reveals unknown pages of Macedonian history.

In March 1903, amidst the crumbling Ottoman Empire, Macedonia remains unliberated, with its revolutionary movement burgeoning. In retaliation for supporting freedom fighters, the Turks besiege a wedding, capturing over two hundred villagers and sentencing them to lengthy prison terms. These prisoners are then transported to Asia Minor, enduring severe hardships and humiliation through the desert, with many perishing along the way before reaching their final destination in October 1908.

After an attempt of a suicide of a 11 year old bullied kid, Stela "a shepherd dog" is the only one that can get through him and restore his faith in life.

Desperate, he steals marijuana from some criminals, makes a cake with it and gives it to his father, hoping it will reduce his pain. His father’s health miraculously improves, but Vele is suddenly confronted by neighbors who demand the recipe for the “remedial” cake and by the criminals who want their drugs back.
