Fantômas revine cu o idee nouă: să impună celor bogați (nobili și gangsteri) o taxă pe dreptul la viață. Aterizat în Scoția, comisarul Juve, Fandor și logodnica lui sunt în misiune pentru a-l prinde pe Fantômas. Într-un castel bântuit de spirite, Juve, care se presupune că îi protejează pe proprietari, este el însuși o victimă a umorului macabru al lui Fantômas, care își folosește și abuzează de măștile extravagante și de râsul său cavernos. El îl mânuiește pe bietul comisar Juve, atârnând în camera lui oamenii spânzurați. Când Fantômas trece, cineva moare.

De data aceasta, urmărirea vicleanului Fantomas îi aduce pe comisarul Juve, pe jurnalistul Fandor și pe logodnica sa Helena la Roma, unde este convocat un important congres științific. Vedeta acestui congres urmează să fie profesorul Lefebvre, un om de știință angajat în cercetarea în domeniul hipnozei. Descoperirile sale sunt atât de revoluționare încât se poate presupune că Fantomas va fi interesat de bătrânul om de știință și va avea grijă de dispariția lui. Răpirea va avea loc într-adevăr, deși determinarea adevăratului profesor dintre trei identici nu este o sarcină ușoară pentru comisarul Juve. Robotic cat Doraemon is sent back in time from the 22nd century to protect 10-year-old Noby, a lazy and uncoordinated boy who is destined to have a tragic future. Doraemon can create secret gadgets from a pocket on his stomach, but they usually cause more bad than good because of Noby's propensity to misuse them.

Doraemon is an anime TV series created by Fujiko F. Fujio and based on the manga series of the same name. This anime is the much more successful successor of the 1973 anime.

Nobita Nobi is so hapless that his 22nd century decendants are still impoverished as a result of his 20th century bumbling. In a bid to raise their social status, their servant, a robotic cat named Doraemon, decides to travel back in time and guide Nobita on the proper path to fortune. Unfortunately Doraemon, a dysfunctional robot that the familly acquired by accident (but chose to keep nonetheless), isn't much better off than Nobita. The robot leads Nobita on many adventures, and while Nobita's life certainly is more exciting with the robot cat from the future, it is questionable if it is in fact better in the way that Doraemon planned.
