Police target criminals with a high-tech bait car, rigged with hidden cameras and radio trackers. Viewers are taken along for the ride from the moment the car is stolen to the thief's arrest.

The show focuses on auctioneer Sean Kelly's sale of storage auctions and the interactions between main bidders Brandon and Lori Bernier, Jesse McClure, Tarrell "T-Money" Wright, Ron "Papa Bear" Kirkpatrick, "Desert Dan," and the lock cutter/security guard, Cameron "Green Mile" Rowe.

It often displays pictures of the suspect in most of its footage, and tells you the name of that suspect who of which committed that crime and describes their punishment.
